Rode the Facebook Open Graph wave to millions of downloads by auto-posting every video view to users' Facebook feeds without clear consent, making it look viral when it was really just spam . Autodesk — a company that makes architecture software — inexplicably acquired it for $60M in 2012. Then shut it down in 2015. A $60M detour for a CAD company that wanted to be cool.
