AUTOPSY REPORT

Raised $30M+ through crowdfunding from nearly 15,000 retail investors to build Flippy, a robot arm that flips burgers and works the fry station. White Castle said it would deploy Flippy at 100 locations. Instead, Miso has only installed Flippy in 13 restaurants total despite years of promises, while reporting $492K in annual revenue against a $265M valuation — a 540x revenue multiple . The company keeps raising money from retail investors via Regulation A+ offerings while the robots gather dust. Those 15,000 shareholders bought stock in a company valued at 540x revenue. The burgers are still being flipped by humans.
